You may return or exchange any merchandise you order within 7 days of the purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling costs.Your return must be postmarked within 7 days of the order date for the return to be accepted. Merchandise must be in its original condition in the original packaging, unlaundered with the tags still attached. Please select a shipping method for your return shipment that provides a proof of delivery and insurance. Garb Gallery is not responsible for lost returned shipments.
If the item you receive is not what you ordered or is defective, we will gladly exchange it or refund your money in full including shipping charges, within a period of 10 from the date of purchase.
Prior to returning any merchandise, please call or email us to obtain a Return Authorization.
Please examine your order immediately upon receipt to make sure that it conforms to the description on the website. Please let us know as soon as possible if the merchandise you order is different from its description in a “Substantial” way. You may return or exchange such merchandise within 7 days of the purchase date provided it fulfills the conditions for a return as described above. We reserve the right to determine what is a “Substantial” difference and also reserve the right to refund or not to refund the shipping charges based on our determination.
